EVENT & ONE-TO-ONE BOOKINGS

 

A booking is only confirmed when payment is received.

Andrea Baines reserves the right to refuse any booking and will return payment in full.

​

For one-to-one private Zoom sessions you will receive an email confirmation with a link to an online video Zoom session for the time and date booked.  Keep this email and use the link to access your session at the time.  

 

If you are late for your session it is possible you will have a shorter session depending on other scheduled bookings to follow.

If you miss an event you are booked onto, no refund will be given.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

 

Andrea Baines does not offer refunds or transfers except in extreme circumstances. Please apply by email to andrea@andreabaines.com

 

You may reschedule your booking with minimum 24 hours prior notice given by email.

You may reschedule a treatment up to 3 times before it will be cancelled with no refund given.
