TREATMENT BOOKINGS

 

A booking is only confirmed when payment is received, except for in-person Reiki, which can be arranged with Andrea on booking by phone only.

Andrea Baines reserves the right to refuse any booking and will return payment in full.

You will receive an email confirmation with a link to an online video Zoom session for the time and date booked.  Keep this email and use the link to access your session at the time.  

 

If you are late for your session it is possible you will have a shorter treatment depending on other scheduled bookings to follow.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

 

Andrea Baines does not offer refunds except in extreme circumstances.  

 

You may reschedule your booking with minimum 24 hours prior notice given by email.

You can reschedule a treatment up to 3 times before it will be cancelled with no refund given.
