Valentine's Cacao, Rose & Sound Ceremony

What are you doing for Valentines night?  Let’s not focus on the commercial side of this date as we all have different views.

Is love all about the romance or is it about self love?

We are holding a sacred space for all of you that are wanting to fall ‘in love’ with yourself.

A powerful Cacao ceremony with Deb Nicholls of Cacao Divinity: As cacao opens our physical and spiritual heart centres this is the perfect opportunity for you to feel that expansion of love for yourself. When we feel love for ourselves this opens us up to bring more love and happiness into our lives. Cacao releases those good feeling hormones into our brain that gives us a sense of peace, excitement and positivity.

We will also be working with the frequency of the Rose. Traditionally the Rose is a symbol of love and is often given as a sign of love in our romantic relationships but what most don’t know is the essence of the Rose deepens our sense of inner love on such a profound level.  When we feel inner love it reflects outwards freeing us from worry, stress & fear.

While you relax Andrea will be performing the sound bath using special instruments such as singing bowls, as well as channelled vocal sound healing using her voice.

Andrea has been channelling these unique sounds with the help of her guides since 2012.

The special frequencies used in sound healing help to deepen your meditative state, bringing you to a sense of peace and well-being.

Other benefits of Sound include balancing and boosting the feel good chemicals in the brain, such as dopamine and serotonin, clearing of any negative blocks from your energy field, and raising your vibration by harmonising your whole system.
