Join me for a special Summer Solstic Sound Journey, where we will connect to our heart energy through healing sounds.
Using beautiful frequencies, gentle rhythmic drumming and focused breathing we can entrain our hearts to a more coherent and balanced state.
As we open this sacred centre, we begin to tune our energy to truth, wisdom, compassion and unconditional love.
Engaging in heart coherence practice for a sustained period of time allows us to embrace the present moment, calms the nervous system, and helps us to let go of any resistance to healing.
In this state you'll feel muscle tension melt away, a feeling of peace and love will begin to flow through you, and an increased sense of joy as a result.
