I'm delighted to now be offering public sound baths in this beautiful space after the success of a Workplace Wellbeing event for the staff here.
"We as healthcare practitioners understand the importance of making time for mindful practice & slowing down and the impact this can have on our overall health & wellbeing.
We are delighted to be hosting this wonderful event by Andrea Baines in our cosy studio space - she has a 25 year background in energy and healing work.
Sound healing can help to slow brainwave activity & bring you back to a harmonious state, reducing stress levels, calming chaotic thoughts and improving your feeling of well-being.
Andreas unique approach takes you on a relaxing journey using crystal singing bowls, shamanic drums & rattles and her own amazing vocals.
