Enjoy two hours of Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra under the gentle guidance of experienced yoga instructor Beth, accompanied by the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other sound healing tools.
Andrea’s sound healing will elevate this restorative yoga pratice, as her sound waves and intuitive vocals help to clear energetic blockages, promote relaxation, and cultivate a deeper mind-body connection, allowing you to fully surrender into the present moment. This practice will gently guide you toward complete relaxation and alignment.
