Sound Journey Meditation

Come along to a beautifully relaxing candle lit space as we transform the hall into a wellbeing space for the evening.

During the guided meditation you will be invited to set your own intentions for your sound journey, where you will receive the beautiful frequencies of sound healing instruments, along with the intuitive vocal tones of Andrea's voice.

Sound healing helps to release tension in the body, reduces stress levels, calms chaotic thoughts, balances the energy centres (chakras) in the body and raises your overall vibration and sense of wellbeing.
