About the event

Come along to a relaxing candle lit space inside the beautiful Aum Tree Yoga studio, where all is required of you is to completely relax on your yoga mat!

During the guided meditation at the beginning you will set your own intentions for this special extended session, where you will receive profound channelled vocal tones and healing frequencies, along with the sounds of crystal singing bowls, shamanic drumming, shruti box and other sound healing instruments.

This is what Beth had to say after her experience:

"Hey Andrea, I just wanted to message you to say THANK YOU! I came to your sound bath  a few weeks ago and so much has happened since then in regards to the intention I set at the start. I knew sound healing helps, but this has honestly amazed me! Thank you."
