Welcome to the "Soulful Winter Retreat," a sanctuary for inner peace and rejuvenation nestled in the heart of Belbroughton. 

Reset your mind, body and soul, and discover a sense of harmony on our full one day retreat, as we create a peaceful sanctuary inside a beautifully restored tithe barn.  

By the end of the day you will be feeling relaxed, uplifted and will have experienced profound shifts in your energetic alignment with your personal intentions. 

We will immerse ourselves in the realms of energy and self-healing using the power of our intentions, the sacred plant medicine of Ceremonial Cacao and Sound Healing.

Throughout the day you will be guided through meditations, powerful energy work, cleansing & healing exercises.  

You’ll receive your own smudge tool to explore and understand the use of sacred smoke for purifying and cleansing energy fields.  This hands-on experience aims to teach not only cleansing techniques but also how to transform the energy in various realms such as your auric field, home, sacred spaces, and crystals.

As the day unfolds, you'll take part in the blessing of the sacred cacao, infusing this elixir with your own intentions of love, light and healing, and fostering a unique and personal connection with this ritualistic experience.

The highlight of the day is the enchanting Sacred Cacao and Sound Ceremony, where soothing channelled tones and vibrations guide you into a state of deep relaxation and spiritual connection.  

Ceremonial Cacao is a gentle yet powerful plant medicine that assists with opening the heart and deepening your connection to your inner voice and spirit.

The Sound Bath will deepen your meditation journey, helping to slow down the mind, clear blocked energy in your system and raise your vibration.

As a token of appreciation, each participant will receive a crystal gift bag created specially for your use during the day and beyond.
