We will provide the sound and the ceremony as we guide you through a beautiful journey into the heart with Mama Cacao.

All you have to do provide your own cacao.

You'll need a comfortable, quiet space at home with your phone, tablet or laptop where you won't be disturbed, using a good pair of headphones or speakers for the best sound experience and to receive the tones and frequencies clearly.

Deb will provide a cacao recipe and instructions if you need it, and if you need any help purchasing ceremonial grade cacao just contact either myself or Deb for some guidance. (Please note ceremonial grade cacao is not the same as raw cacao powder that you generally can buy in a health store).

We use the cacao as a gentle but powerful plant medicine in ceremony to help you go deeper into your meditation journey and connect with your heart.  

Cacao is known as the "Food of the Gods" by indiginous cultures that have used it as a plant medicine for centuries.  It is rich and flavourful, and assists us with opening up the heart to self-love and acceptance.  It also has incredible nutritional properties. 

We get ours from Forever Cacao in Shropshire, who use ethically sourced, unprocessed, organic cacao. Deb can give you a discount code to use with these lovely people!
