We will provide the sound and the ceremony. All you have to do provide your own cacao.

You will need to find a comfortable, quiet space at home with your phone or laptop (laptop/PC is best) where you won't be disturbed, using a good pair of headphones or speakers for the best sound experience and to receive the tones and frequencies clearly.

Deb can provide a cacao recipe and instructions if you need it, and if you need any help purchasing the right sort of cacao just contact either myself or Deb for some guidance.
