Cacao & Sound Healing Ceremony Birmingham

Join us as we welcome in the new Autumn season with a cosy afternoon ceremony, where all required of you is to completely relax on your yoga mat as we guide you through a beautiful sacred cacao ceremony including a sound bath with channelled vocal tones, to help you journey into your heart, relax your mind and connect deeply with your spirit.

I'll be sharing this sacred space with my dear friend and experienced Cacaoista Deb Nicholls of Cacao Divinity, who will be creating a special candle lit altar and bringing you on a very special and unique journey to meet the spirit of Mama Cacao.

You will receive a nourishing hot cup of blessed sacred chocolate from the Ashaninka tribe of Peru as you're guided through a beautiful meditation to set your intentions, followed by channelled vocal tones and frequencies, along with the sounds of crystal singing bowls and other sound healing instruments.

You may wish to bring a small item to place on the altar to be blessed during the ceremony (eg a crystal, a piece of jewellery, a flower, or a deity that you connect to)

Ceremonial Cacao is a very gentle South American plant medicine that takes us into a deeper state of relaxation and meditation. It is pure, raw chocolate (no added sugar or milk and suitable for vegans).

Ceremonial Cacao is not psychodelic... (just in case you were wondering) and is not like regular hot chocolate. It has a strong, bitter and creamy chocolate taste, which personally I really love.

As well as having many medicinal and nutritional properties, which Deb will talk about, cacao is a beautiful heart opener, helping us to connect with the truth of who we are and hear our own inner voice more clearly, and supporting you on your journey.
